What to include

For license or payment issues, include the SKU (for example token-rugscore), the order ID or Solana transaction signature, or your Stripe receipt. Never send a seed phrase, a private key or a full license key by email; the last few characters of a wcl_... key are enough for us to find it.

Refunds

Refunds are available within 15 days of purchase. When a refund is issued, the license is revoked. To request one, email support with your order details. Full terms are on the privacy and refund policy page.
