Privacy & Refund Policy

This page explains what data CoinLoader.com handles and how refunds work. CoinLoader.com is run by AIguy and the WattCoin team.

Data handling

We don't share your data with third parties. Our bots run locally, inside your own Grok Bot container or your own terminal, and read only public sources such as blockchain RPC nodes and public market data endpoints from your environment. No wallet keys, seed phrases or files are uploaded to us. The only requests that reach WattCoin servers are the license steps: requesting a quote, purchasing, claiming a wcl_... key and checking that a SKU is licensed; these carry the license key and SKU. Runtime downloads are served per license with a watermark block.

Payments

SOL payments are verified on-chain from the public transaction. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout page, so card numbers are never seen by CoinLoader.com or stored by us.

Refund policy

Refunds are available within 15 days of purchase. When a refund is issued, the license is revoked. To ask for a refund, use the support email on the contact page and include your SKU and order ID, transaction signature or Stripe receipt.
